Redesigning E-printing platform

Summary

Excard is an online printing ecommerce platform mainly for B2B. I joined this company as a UI/UX associate and am currently the sole UI/UX, receiving guidance from a manager. In addition to my UI/UX responsibilities, I've also taken on the task of managing SEO for the website and actively oversee website Google Analytics and Search Console.

In today's fast-paced digital landscape, the need for efficient and user-friendly eprinting platforms has never been greater. Our redesign project aims to revolutionize the way users interact with our eprinting platform, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from start to finish.

Key Focus Area

Streamlined Ordering Process: We are optimizing the platform's ordering process, making it straightforward and efficient. Users will be guided through a step-by-step journey, from selecting printing options to uploading their files, with clear progress indicators and instant previews.
‍Visual Cohesion: Our new design will establish a cohesive visual language that resonates with our brand identity while creating a sense of familiarity for our users. Consistent typography, color palettes, and iconography will enhance the platform's overall aesthetics.
‍Responsive Design: Recognizing the diverse devices users use to access the platform, our redesign will prioritize responsive design. Whether on desktop, tablet, or smartphone, users will enjoy a consistent and optimized experience.
‍Products Categorization: A well-categorized products will allow users to easily find the products they want to order.
Personalization: By integrating user accounts, we'll enable users to view their own consultants, vouchers and promotions, purchase amount by monthly and their transaction history.
Real-time Ratings: Our enhanced platform will offer real-time products and consultants ratings to build trust in brand.
